BECCA'S PHILOSOPHY
​​Yoga is for every body. I believe in encouraging Body Positive yoga, while also keeping my classes suitably challenging and fun. My yoga practice is grounded in the Yoga Sutras, but is presented in an approachable way. My goal is that my students feel good (or sore, but in a good way) after class and laugh at least once during class.
